MERCURY IN RETROGRADE

Please remember that any Retrograde simply means that the planet involved is turned inward away from the outer world. With Mercury Retrograde, it means that Communication in all forms is turned inward. This bodes well for introspection, going within and meditating.

Do not get caught up in all the negative issues around a Retrograde. And, yes, while it may be prudent to be careful with communications during this time...this could hold true for all of us at any time.

Take this opportunity to look within and meditate.

Sun In Sagittarius

Now that the Sun has moved into the astrological Fire sign of Sagittarius, I am writing about that sign. So many people believe it's The Archer but, in truth, the focus is on The Arrow. That Arrow makes a Journey of flight and why? It is the lifeblood of Sagittarius to project its mind outward toward new horizons...just like the flying Arrow. The real lifeblood of Sagittarius? To expand awareness through the gathering of unfamiliar experience. If your Sun Sign is Sagittarius, then this hold very true for you. But even if you do not have a sun sign in Sagittarius...this is the Solar energy which is flowing upon our planet right now. We would ALL do well to spend some time making connections outside out comfort zone. This can be done in different ways. We can travel to a new and different place...we can meet someone from a different culture than ours and have a conversation with them...we can take lessons in a foreign cuisine...or we can watch tv or read a book about faraway lands and people. All these activities fulfill the agenda of Sagittarius.

So take a bit of time to muse upon The Arrow and its journey. And also muse upon how you can get out of your comfort zone just a bit to expand your awareness.

SOLAR MOVEMENT ON TUESDAY

On Tuesday, November 22, the Sun will move into the Fire sign of Sagittarius. This Solar Movement will occur at 8:08 a.m. PST. Please remember that Solar Movement is among the most powerful energies in our known universe. As such, we can benefit from this movement in our daily lives. You can simply give a thought to this on Tuesday AT or AFTER the time of the move. And there are other things you can do if you prefer.
You can light bright red or yellow candles in honor of the Sun's movement. As you light them, voice or say in your mind words that honor the Sun and its life-giving energy in your life.
Alternately, you can click on the candle below to visit the Candle Shrine and light a virtual red or yellow candle for this Solar Movement.
Or you can also set a Sacred Space somewhere in your home which will have the red candles and even red flowers...or yellow candles and yellow flowers...along with red and/or yellow crystals.
You can also do a Sun Meditation in your home. Begin in your Safe Place and let your Higher Self lead you to the Palace Of The Sun. There you will meet a personification of The Sun...male. He will talk with you and also answer any questions you might have. When you are done with your Solar visit...return to your waiting Higher Self and then return to your Safe Place and exit the Meditation. Remember to make notes of your visit with the Sun in your Spiritual Journal.
You can also do a Solar Ritual outdoors to welcome the Sun and its movement.

Whatever you choose...do something to honor this Solar Movement. Remember that we are using our gifts and talents...no more hesitating!
